Brilliant experience. Kind and friendly staff providing a very efficient service. Daria was great with deep tissue massage. Was very knowledgeable and clued on about the body, nerves and muscles. Also applied plenty of strength into tissue to undo knots in muscles. Will deffo book again.

A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Jar was amazing. She combined deep tissue massage with some stretchings and hot stones. Much needed for my sore body. Felt lighter after the massage!

Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a great Thai massage, which was rejuvenating from start to finish and exactly what I needed. Lilly was incredibly skilled, using a blend of gentle pressure, rhythmic stretching, and deep-tissue techniques to reach every muscle. The stretching was thorough, never uncomfortable, and felt as if each limb was guided into deeper relaxation. By the end, I felt both calm and invigorated, my entire body recharged, refreshed, and left me feeling relaxed, and ready to take on the day. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a Thai massage experience!
