I can't thank KH enough for a much needed massage. As a new mum, carrying around a 12lbs baby every day really puts a strain on your muscles. I had a hot stone massage and left feeling like a new woman. The atmosphere was so relaxing from start to finish, not to mention the fact that its done wonders for my physical and mental health too. Chloe was absolutely brilliant, got six years of tension and knots out of my back and shoulders and neck! The hot stones were like a hot both, very soothing after the intensity of the sports massage Highly recommend Will be making a regular appointments to keep on top of it.

i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots. I’ve had massages at other places in the past but they are never personalised to what you need. I’ll be making this a regular, thank you Jayne 😊
