After recently completing a marathon Katie knew exactly what to do to help me get back to full fitness. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful studio space so I felt really relaxed throughout my treatment. Everything from the towels to the oils she uses are of the highest quality. I highly recommend Katie for all your massage needs from a relaxing hot stones experience to a more intense sports massage she is just brilliant 🤩

Great experience for the deep tissues massage. The therapist (Cheeta) has a good technique in Thai massage. Very professional and focused on my tight neck and shoulder. Definitely will come back again and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a mindfulness me time!

WOW WOW WOW. On Friday evening I had a 90 minute Thai sports massage with Aom. It was such a brilliant massage. I explained I had plantar fasciitis and was in lots of pain with my feet and legs. She listened to my problems and dealt with them. I’ve woken up today being able to walk again and not in pain. Aom has a gift for massage and is a lovely lady as well. I highly recommend Aom and I already look forward to returning soon. Thank you.

This lady knows real Thai massage. I have a small problem with my lower back and shoulder - was at work and so busy can't be off due to bad back. As the old saying goes no pain no gain. She works hard and is very well trained. She said she worked many years in Thailand before coming here 2 years ago. And the years of training & working show. Kop khun krub! (thank you!)

I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

This was my first time visiting and it definitely won’t be my last - Ashleigh was really friendly and professional, and I felt at ease straight away. The room was lovely, and was the perfect place to un-wind and relax. My massage was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!! X

I hadn't seen Sam for a clinical sports massage in YEARS, but it felt like only a week had passed as we caught up! Sam is the only massage therapist that can make me feel human again and I've made sure to book my next two appointments in advance! She also gave me lots of recommendations to help ease my sciatica and strengthen the muscles in my back - Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, the best in the biz!
