I found the nail tech that did my manicure to be experienced and very polite. She was attentive to my choices and carried out what I wanted her to do with ease i would however suggest a more qualified lady to attend to the reception area she was not very sure of herself and the manner she addressed questions was not professional. Service given to me 4 appearance of store 3 quality of service upfront 2

Previously had a great Indian Head Massage. This time the massage was ok, much harder on my back and shoulders than my previously. Perhaps she confused me with someone else that did request an extremely hard massage. To be honest, it was unpleasant. Had to ask her to reduce pressure on my back. The head massage was just as hard, I actually left with a headache and the area behind my ears are still extremely tender to the touch. I could also hear and feel my hair pulled out. I did ask for reduced pressure and it did subside for about a minute and then went back to extremely hard

Lisa gave me the BEST Indian Head Massage I have ever had. Would love to have a 45 or even 60 minutes next time!.

Maru is the best when it comes to nails. She is so knowledgeable and gives really good advice on what works best with your nails.
