I had an incredible experience at BM Aesthetics in Richmond for the Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing - Four Areas/Applicators treatment. The venue itself is presented nicely, creating a calm and relaxing ambiance. Brooklyn was outstanding – professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the procedure. I’ve done the treatment twice and noticed differences in my appearance and measurements! I didn’t experience discomfort during and post the procedure. I was able to go for a run the next day. Highly recommended for anyone looking to tackle those stubborn areas – thank you BM Aesthetics and Brooklyn!

I had a fantastic experience with Cassandra at Regen for cosmetic tattoo removal. From the start, her pre-appointment service was informative, friendly, and professional. The spa-like treatment rooms were calming, and Cassandra took the time to clearly explain the procedure, setting realistic expectations. Her calm, caring manner put me at ease, and her thorough, professional approach made the entire experience smooth. Aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. The therapist was amazing! She cares so much on your skin and she explained the whole oxy process. She did a v thorough clean and extractions and loved the massage too. My skin feels so refreshed, hydrated and clean! Thank you Sophia, I really enjoyed the whole treatment.

💓 Amazing service and incredible results! This was my second time visiting Kew Skin Therapy! My partner has noticed an improvement in my skin since my last session and decided to come along this time as well. The girls Piumi and Sara took such good care of the both of us. We did the KST Signature facials with add-on LED therapy and peel. Our treatments were tailored to our individual skin needs and concerns. They also provided us with helpful skincare education. It is such a relaxing experience, and so nice to do together as a couple. We left with glowy skin and can’t wait to come back!

Selene is very knowledgeable, I have tried various places and have found that Lune has stood our for me. Selene can read the play of whether you prefer a quiet indulgent facial or if you prefer to chat a little. Her warmth and friendliness doubles the experience. I love this place so much and the variety of services on offer that I have signed up for a package to get continual skincare treatment/facials. The beauty of the package is that it has a long expiry date and you get great value for your money as Selene customises your skincare at each visit at a much cheaper rate than PAYG.

Selene is incredibly lovely and caring. She made me feel calm and provide excellent skin care service that suits my skin for the day I visit her.
