Navi was great! I was running a little late due to family reasons so was very grateful that I was able to be taken! Navi was very chatty and also picked up on when I was having “quiet time”, aka, time to zone out during the more painful parts of my wax 🤣🤣. She was very thorough and took time to take out my ingrown hairs! Thank you!
