I can’t recommend Aleksandra enough! From the moment I met her, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. She always takes the time to assess my skin concerns and create a personalised treatment plan that has truly transformed my skin. The treatments are not only effective but also incredibly relaxing—it’s like a mini spa retreat every time. The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.

Eden was an absolute superstar. He was so professional as he explained everything to me about my skin and what products I should be using in my skin care routine to benefit to my needs. I had my first facial and lash lift with Carolyn. It was such a relaxing experience, I think I fell asleep for most of the session 😆. We even discussed through the products I currently use for my skincare and she gave helpful advices on what works well or not for my skin. I had tightening and hydrodermabrasion done, and I could already see a difference just from this first treatment. Amazing! I had the Berry Boost Facial and it smelt so so good! My sensitive skin didn't react at all which is exactly what I want when coming out of a facial. Staff were lovely and very accomodating:) xx
