I went for my first appointment today, curious about the experience as all the reviews were 5-star. I was not disappointed, moreover, it exceeded my expectations. Gigi was amazing, took a look at my nails and said that she would not advise the extensions I asked for, as my nails are pretty weak, and they might do more harm than good. I took her advice and chose the gel overlay which she suggested, even though it is a cheaper appointment than I booked. She was very friendly and professional, I love my nails now, they feel healthy and we already scheduled my next appointment. Highly recommend.

I had a new procedure completed today and Liv explained everything to me clearly and professionally. I am immunocompromised and she disinfected everything to ensure I was comfortable and protected, she did everything step by step whilst checking how I was, and I absolutely love how my lips look after having my lip booster! I felt so relaxed and comfortable, and left feeling confident and happy.

My nails were completely transformed and revived. The nail technician takes the time to really do her best each time I visit. Very pleased and would always recommend her. The only slight downside could be that it can take a bit longer than usual to get extensions but this is because again she takes the care and extra effort to make them perfect.

Liv was so friendly and welcoming, talked me through the entire process and was just so lovely! The procedure, Lumi Eyes, itself took like 15 minutes and I received an after care cream which was really thoughtful!

The pigment and colours was choose specifically for my type of skin and this made my brows long lasting, beautiful colour, healing well and aslo faded like they need to be -very gently.
