Overall the experience was lovely and relaxing. I wish my therapist connected more with me though. It just felt like I was just another customer. I would have liked a more personal approach. Only let down but overall it was amazing, the treatment itself was amazing. I did write some conversation in my consultation but didnt get any really.

I’ve been going to Mandala for six months to treat my acne and scarring. After a few HydraFacial and skin needling sessions with Steph, my skin is glowing—my acne has completely stopped, and my scars have significantly faded. The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.

Selene is very knowledgeable, I have tried various places and have found that Lune has stood our for me. Selene can read the play of whether you prefer a quiet indulgent facial or if you prefer to chat a little. Her warmth and friendliness doubles the experience. I love this place so much and the variety of services on offer that I have signed up for a package to get continual skincare treatment/facials. The beauty of the package is that it has a long expiry date and you get great value for your money as Selene customises your skincare at each visit at a much cheaper rate than PAYG.

Vanessa made me feel comfortable in our consultation and answered my many questions. Her holistic and informative approach to my skin concerns was a positive experience.

Can’t speak highly enough of the new Alphington clinic. Massage and facial was super relaxing and I ended off with a 30 min sauna. Loved every second of it! These ladies know what they’re doing!
