As always, Zoe gave me the best service imaginable and my hair looks absolutely fabulous. I would never go to anybody else for my hair appointments having met Zoe! Joanna also did an amazing job with my eyebrows and the wax she used didn’t even make my super-sensitive skin red, I’m so impressed. It was great! I had an Oxy facial and an Indian head massage. Erica was very nice and knowledgeable, and I like that she takes effort to get to know your skin as well as other factors that could be influencing your skin. My skin feels like new, and the head massage was very nice and relaxing and helped with annoying headaches I had on and off all week. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I had an amazing experience with Lindsey at Neo Elegance Skin Clinic yesterday. I had the NEW HydroCLEANSE treatment and it was very relaxing. Lindsey was fantastic, she explained me the treatment as she went along and showed how knowledgeable and passionate she is about skincare. My skin is very dry and I knew I had to change the skincare. Lindsey advised me so well about a few products that could help to get my skin hydrate again. I have already bought these and I am already booked in for a month time. Another great experience with Lauren. I’ve been seeing Lauren for over 2 years now & im still amazed by the amount of knowledge & what’s so great is she continues to train & is always on top of the next big thing when it comes to our skin. She does so much research into what’s good for us & shared her knowledge with her customers.
