Luxurious setting, always a warm and professional experience. Harry is an expert skin specialist and is passionate about the results he can get for you. You're paying for his experience and knowledge so it's important to follow the instructions, use the correct products and stay committed. It's a structured programme for a reason, you will get amazing results if you do. I spend 10 minutes each morning and night and enjoy that time for me so it's not too onerous, you're worth it! Trust in Harry, you won't regret it!

Had covid and had to change the appointment, then had a new reaction to lash treatment skin tests, likely related to Covid as not had a problem before. Staff were really helpful and understanding. Had nails and toes with builder and gel, exactly what I was hoping for and really happy with results. Thank you for your patience and professionalism!

Wow had dermaplanning with Olivia yesterday what a lovely experience , my skin felt so smooth and fresh . Couldn’t belive how much fluff and dead skin came off when she showed me the end result . She was so professional and gentle always keeping me updated with what was next , how it would feel and asked if it felt ok and the pressure was correct 👍 Staff are always so welcoming and friendly . Can’t wait for my next appointment 😊

I had the beautifeye treatment, skin peel and vitamin B12. This is the third time I’ve had these treatments with Abi and the results say it all - lines under and around my eyes have completely gone and my skin always feels so much smoother after the chemical peel. Highly recommend Abi and I feel in safe hands due to her medical experience.

Staff were very kind and helpful. I received a personal consultation with both the lovely hair stylist and salon owner and they understand the look that I was after and made their own professional suggestions as to the best possible options to suit my hair type. Really excellent service throughout with absolutely lush industry standard hair products. I was very happy with the end result. The salon atmosphere was friendly and there were moments of shared laughter which was needed. Music choice was also really cool. Overall really great vibes with top quality hair/beauty services/products.

Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Louise was so welcoming from the second I arrived. We had a consultation about my issue before she proceeded with the massage, she also provided advice on what to do next. 12 hours on and the pain has subsided so much. I've never been one for holistic massage but it will now be my go to especially when I have niggles. Thank you so much Louise. Recommend highly.

Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!

Rose is a wonderful holistic therapist whose skill is outweighed only by her kindness. Aa for the effectiveness of her treatments, my skin is totally rejuvenated after a series of facials and I could not recommend her more highly.

Hayley is very professional. Hayley does not over sell her beauty services and will only recommended if she thinks your body or skin needs a boost.

I had a consultation with Jonathan, he really understood what I would like to achieve, he showed me examples of the colours and really took his time to make sure I was completely happy. Can’t wait until my colour and cut!

One must take the leap of faith to experience this fabulous treatment. The ambience alone within the treatment room is most relaxing, private and peaceful. The treatment itself is carried out with expert professionalism, care and consideration. I rate Reflection Skin and Beauty Clinic very highly.
