Went for my 3rd round of polynucleotides, and as always it was a lovely experience! Nurse Taz is great and pays such close attention to detail. I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting.
