The service was very professional, this included a consultation and advice regarding my skin care needs. I had a derma planning facial. I have had Botox plenty of times before but never with the level of detail in the consultation that I got with Andrew, I also thought his needling was remarkable, almost painless and clearly very experienced. Great results and a lovely welcoming facility. I’ll be back!

Sue is the ultimate skincare queen. She’s the only person I have ever gone back to for a facial as I’ve always felt something wasn’t quite right with other facialist. She blows my mind with how knowledgable she is around the skin and skin care. No question is ever too silly and she is always so welcoming and calm when I visit, I feel like I’m chatted with a friend! I had Microneedling for the first time and whilst I can’t comment on the results as of yet, I’m excited to see the results in a few more treatment time.

Another personalised facial today, this is my third facial with Sue and she continues to impress me with her knowledge and adaptability to my skincare issues I raise. I’ve always been extremely conscious of my skin and feeling exposed under a light and for someone to be that close to my imperfections, however she makes me feel super comfortable and calm.

First time seeing Charlotte, I've really been overdoing it with running, riding and playing 6 a-side, my legs have been so heavy of late. Charlotte was very friendly, professional and accomodating, asking questions on my injury history and making me feel very much at ease. The hour flew by and the massage was exactly what was needed. Highly recommended, I've already booked my next appointment!

I followed Brow Clinic Norfolk for a few months on insta before visiting for a free consultation with Tanya. Tanya is honest and realistic, helping me choose the right treatment for me, managing my expectations, while offering ideas. She is a perfectionist, with a lovely clean salon at home. I started my brow journey after previously tattooing. It was a labour of love. I added in some lash lifts and tints along the way, took advice on treatments and my confidence has grown because of Brow Clinic Norfolk. There is no one else I would want to do my brows or lashes.

I had a good consultation. And got very good advice.

I had my initial consultation with Tanya and this was a completely positive experience. Firstly she is warm and friendly, but also gave me as much information as I needed, and the ability to contact her if I have any other questions before the microblading goes ahead next week. She is very approachable and knowledgeable, and I am so excited to get this done.

Tanya is such a lovely, friendly person who was very professional during my eyebrow treatment. She invited me to ask questions and explained the after treatment carefully. Her clinic is very clean and welcoming aswell.
