Absolutely know your in the right hands as soon as you have the consultation with karlie, she knows excatly what she is doing at a high level of experience, consultation done and great advise given on what areas to hit and what she can do, botox app made me feel very comfortable and no pain your shown the product and told about the product. Wouldn't go anywhere else now I've found karlie her experience is second to none xx

Rachel made me feel at easy at my very first appointment, explained everything from what to expect, and aftercare and best course of action going forward to fix my under eye issues. Just done my first treatment of Lumi eyes, can't wait to see the results at the end of my journey 😊 Would highly recommend

Went to see Emma for a consultation after a couple of bad experiences. She was lovely taking time to ask me question’s and actually taking the time to explain which procedure’s she thought I’d be better with. Felt very relaxed and reassured by Emma, very lovely young lady looking forward to having my 1st session Friday!

Karlie is amazing at what she does!! I was put at ease as soon as I entered the salon and everything was explained clearly. I had the dermaplaning and my skin feels and looks a million times better for it! Also did some Botox/ fillers myth busting to help me decide if I want to take that step. Overall, a very relaxing treatment with giggles and professionalism in equal measure! Thanks Karlie x

Was a little nervous to start but Gemma put me totally at ease explaining what the whole procedure would entail. Having suffered for over 2 years with leakages and having to wear pads constantly when Gemma completed the treatment the improvement was almost immediate. It has need a few days now and my life has been transformed! Gemma advised I may need a further treatment in the future and if I do I'll be back to her straight away.

My first consultation with Karly was absolutely brilliant. Never have I felt such confidence about my treatments going forward. Can’t wait to see the results 🖤
