I had Vivienne for a combination massage, with added on foot and head massage service. She was lovely and attentive, and focused on the areas I asked. I think I should have maybe booked a deep tissue massage as I could have used some more pressure/help getting out my knots - but she really did a great job! I wish the foot service maybe included soaking them, and not just a massage on the table, but maybe that's what the 15 minutes includes. Amy at the front desk was warm and kind as well. They offered tea and water at the end but ran out of tea, still a great experience!

I come here frequently but this time I tried a new treatment GANMEN Hogushi Treatment 1.5 h. Fantastic. I did this with add-on foot massage 30 min and head massage 10 min. Can’t recommend enough. I have found the perfect combo. The fave massage with oil is so great - the way the movements just relaxes and soothe you - I was fully relaxed after.

Had my first head spa session today, and it was such a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and attentive. There was a quick consultation before the session began, and got to choose from a selection of lovely aroma oils. During the treatment, all the products smelled divine. They used both hand and machine techniques for the head massage. The machine part felt so unique, definitely something you can’t get by head shiatsu massage. Feeling so fresh after this treatment. It was exactly the kind of relaxation I needed. Highly recommended when your brain is fried from work! Thank you so much.

Wow! That was such an amazing experience! I got the premium package and the treatment is full of massages - head, face, neck. Shoulders and foot! I love these so i had the best experience. I’ve never experienced such a comfortable head treatment before. During the 90 minutes at BM Aesthetics, Ellie provided detailed massages, including for the head, eyes, shoulders, neck, and arms, and also used a muscle manipulation stick for relaxation, which was very effective. The Chinese herbal head steam at the end was also amazing. The service is incredibly affordable, making it a great deal! I’ve already bought half-price vouchers for my family and look forward to my next appointment!
