Kelsea was absolutely amazing, i barely can even feel my extensions but they are very much there and lightweight and beautiful. She made me feel so comfortable especially with me being neurodivergent, it was really lovely and relaxed and I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience from consultation to finished result. No upsell pressure with the extensions (I would have gone with two packs but hazel suggested we could achieve my vision with one, and she was right!) warm, friendly service and beautiful, professional result. Lots of tips and tricks given to maintain the look at home.

Absolutely brilliant, been with Michael for probably 4 years now? I always went for the crazy vibrant colours and Michael always manages to do it. I like letting him freestyle with my hair after I give him a rough idea of colour and style, always a fun experience to see how it actually turns out, as I have Asian hair, so nothing really guarantees almost ever, but always comes out awesome. If you're brave enough to mess with non-natural hair colours, and u didn't know that Michael does it, well now u do, go for it, see what surprises come

Charlie always gives 100% when doing hair extensions, I’ve been going to her for several years and my hair has remained healthy and undamaged under my extensions, if you want princess hair she is your girl!

Had my hair coloured today ready for an extensions appointment next week, can’t wait, Kelsea has been fab getting me wedding ready.

Having a session of laser on bikini line after suffering with awful shaving rash and given up on waxing. Sarah is doing my laser treatment and I can’t rate her or the treatment itself enough. Not painful, slight pinch but nothing major and after 1 treatment I have patchy hair or no hair in places ⭐️so much so I’ve added underarms to my treatments
