This was my first time at the new salon and my second sitting going from box black to blonde. I managed to get an appointment with Holly during the Christmas period which I was so happy with. Holly did a fantastic job of my hair and managed to get a lot of the brassy colours out, tidy up cut and a blow dry finished with wavy hair. I was impressed how Holly took her time and was extremely gentle with my hair, I nearly fell asleep it was that relaxing! I will definitely be booking again with Holly in the future, such a pleasant experience. Thank you for my Christmas hair ! 🎄❤️ Joanne

Fantastic experience! I went here for my first haircut in at least 5 years and was quite anxious, the team were lovely and really friendly making me feel really comfortable. The lady that washed my hair (sorry I’d didn’t catch her name) was fantastic and was extremely careful making sure water didn’t go in my ears after saying I have issues with this due to chronic ear infections. A beautiful haircut and the whole salon had suck a lovely feel to it. After 5 years of not having my hair done I am now heading back in January to get a it coloured. I would fully recommend!

Amazing professional service from Caroline today. An amazing experience, thank you! From the massage chair whilst your hair is washed to the really knowledge and skilled staff in hair colouring, treatments, and styles and cuts that are tailored to what would suit you. Excellent all round! Everyone is really friendly and it's a great atmosphere.

Holly did my hair. I love the colour and style! Had an olaplex treatment done. Came out feeling like a new woman! They have a massage chair whilst you get your hair washed. Beautiful salon. Friendly salon with lovely energy. Thorough consultation where the stylist really listened to what I wanted and used their skills to give me the hair make over that far exceeded my expectations. Big thanks to Molly who looked after me and wonderful hair wash. Basically I felt totally spoiled and walked out with an amazing new colour and cut. Thanks to the team . I will be returning and recommend you try this gem in Chepstow.
