Great service from start to end. Sian's salon was lovely and I was made to feel welcome. I had the combline extentions and they look amazing! I am allergic to hair dye and haven't been able to have colour in my hair for over 10 years. So this was the perfect, risk free option. Sian was great explaining the price breakdown at my initial consultation and how my top up appointments would work. Her salon was easy to find, my appointment was on time and didn't feel rushed. I can't wait to come back 🙂

I have been getting my hair (and my teenage daughter’s too!) done at the House of Envy for a few years now and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Firstly, it has a really lovely atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. Secondly I always love my hair- I always have blonde half head of highlights, cut and blow dry for reference. I never feel rushed and 100% recommend Victoria. I couldn’t get an appointment with Victoria this time as I had to reschedule my original appointment with her at short notice and had my hair done by Freya instead today who absolutely wonderful and lovely too. Recommend

Great experience- Victoria is professional, kind, chatty and skilled. I was so grateful to get a last minute appointment for a blowdry and curl for wedding guest hair and then Estee worked her magic on pinning my hair up too. Hi there.. I have been in today for a wet cut at midday by Jess. Jess was lovely and it was the first time she had done my hair. Anyway, when I have got home, dried and straightened it, it is really uneven. I asked for it to be shorter at the back then at the front as I wear it in a blunt bob and it's not. Luckily it's just long enough to tie it back This would have been picked up if it had been blow dried but due to time constraints i had, it was just left wet as per the appointment I booked. It needs to be redone so can I come in on Friday afternoon or Saturday to get it sorted. I
