Had a brilliant cut with Jordan. She is super knowledgable and happy to be collaborative in working out what would be best for your hair type. She is also a really calming and relaxed presence to be around which makes you feel very comfortable and secure in her process. Definitely recommended!

Omg! These ladies are superb!! Had a really different colour and cut and got exactly what I asked for. Marie took the time to get it perfect and I am so happy with the result. Marie and Maria have a great relationship with each other and the clients. It’s a lovely laid back atmosphere and was a genuine pleasure to have my hair done there. Will defo be back. Jordan takes a huge amount of attention to detail with her work and makes great suggestions with what could work really well and I totally trust her judgement, Jordan cuts confidently and you feel very comfortable and at ease in her chair. She also cuts my daughters hair (12) and she's always made to feel very special, totally comfortable to discuss her ideas, it's always a great experience she really looks forward to.

I had a very pleasant experience at Tou’s. Hollie was very friendly. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut. It was amazing, I was so happy with it. She asked if I wanted it straightened at the end to which I said yes please, as I was a bit hesitant in asking. My only disappointment was when paying, it went up £6 as I wasn’t expecting this, it was apparently a restyle and I didn’t challenge this at the time. I was new to Tou’s and booked a dry cut through the website. I think it’s best to advise the client of a price increase at the start when I told her what I wanted. Otherwise all ok!

Great experience from first consultation! I Had black box dye on my hair and Jordan talked it all through with me on how to lift it all and expectations. I Absolutely LOVE the result and she talked me all the way through the process. The cut is also amazing and has really added new shape and texture. Super impressed from the start of communication to walking away with beautiful locks again. Thank you Jordan, see you very soon!
