9/10 times I feel very relaxed when I am having my hair and brows done, Charlotte knows exactly how I like my hair, she also does my husband’s hair and really does do a lovely job. Nothing is too much for them. All staff are very polite and their body language, facial expressions and the way they go about their jobs you can tell they enjoy helping individuals with their chosen treatments.

Amazing! So attentive and knowledgable about skin and the treatment I was having. Absolutely recommend B to anyone. I feel amazing, very relaxed and my skin is already so smooth, after my head massage my hair is so soft. I can’t wait to see how it looks tomorrow.
