I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. The entire process was smooth and I loved how soft and shiny my hair looked afterward. Jamal truly knows what he’s doing and I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!

I wish I could post a pix of how long my hair was before the cut. It was barely touching the collar of my blouse. I've never had it longer since going to THS but I noticed I always get charged more than the $40 as stated on the website. Today I asked and was told that my hair was medium length. I don't mind paying for a good haircut and Liljana always gives me a great cut. She listens and offers excellent advice and she is just the sweetest. I do have an issue with the salon claiming my hair is medium length and charging me $70 for a wash and cut.

Got the hair scalp treatment and a blow out. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Jessica, massaged my head, and scalp. what a treat...my go to....Curly did my blow out. Always good, never had to worry it looks bad.

I did the scalp & hair treatment with a haircut and the experience was phenomenal! Everyone was super nice and friendly. They were upfront about pricing, telling me the total before I started. The Scalp & Hair treatment left my hair feeling cleaner and softer than ever. The hair cut was perfect and exactly what I asked for.

🌟💖✨ Oh. My. Gosh!!! ✨💖🌟 If you CARE about your hair and want to be a BLOND book OLGA! I sat in Olga’s chair about 5 months ago never to turn back! She took my “kinda blond” locks and transformed them into the most gorgeous, bright blonde mane I've ever seen, without ONE BIT of BREAKAGE! But it wasn't just about the end result (which, by the way, I am completely OBSESSED with!), it was the whole experience. She understood exactly what I wanted and made it even better than I could've imagined. On top of the “blond” she gives the most amazing haircuts & moisture treatments! OBSESSED! Thank U!

I had a great experience at Casagrande Salon! I would definitely recommend a haircut with Laíz who takes her time, provides great recommendations, and ensures she gives you the best experience. Laíz eased all my anxieties and I walked out of the salon excited about my cut. Additionally, the salon is hijabi friendly and there is a private room in the back where hair can be cut if you need it! Laíz is understanding and has a great presence which made me feel very comfortable!! This was my first time at Casagrande Salon, but it certainly won’t be my last.

Beautiful work done by a professional and friendly staff, who make you feel comfortable and welcome. Lola is my stylist who cuts and colors my hair to perfection. Nesa, who shampoos and applies treatments, is so thorough that my hair was squeaky clean and she doesn’t rush through the process either. The blowouts are beautifully done too.

I had a great experience for the Japanese Hair Straightening treatment. I was given water when I arrived and the wait wasn’t long. Kanon was my stylist for the appointment and he was very friendly and thorough with the service. I am satisfied with how my hair turned out and would definitely come again.
