Had my third visit to the salon to see Jake and I couldn’t be happier. This time around I had a full head of highlights. Jake took me to the creamiest blonde that blended seamlessly throughout. He listened to my goals and got me there in one sitting. Great aftercare advice and future colour service options. I have had so many comments on how lovely it looks, and I can’t rate Jake and the salon highly enough. They are all incredibly friending and because of that (and my amazing hair by Jake) I’ll go nowhere else. I will recommend to anyone!

It is always a pleasure to have my hair cut by Lucy. Lucy is a very professional hairstylist who provides an excellent cut and finish. Lucy takes the time to appreciate the style I want to achieve and uses her professional skills and creative talent to transform my hair. I’m always impressed by the amazing difference Lucy makes to my hair.

I enjoyed my first visit to West One. Kerry was very conscientious in listening to my hairdressing ‘history’ and interpreting my preferences. She took great care as she shaped the style and I was very pleased with the result. A friendly, happy experience.

I love my hair! I had it cut with highlights put in, my hair feels amazing and my hair dresser ruby was so lovely and did such a great job!

My experience at West One Hairdressing was really good as my appointment at the West End branch was cancelled due to illness. I went to Chandlers Ford and Kerry did my hair which was colour and highlights. She was very good and thorough. Also very friendly.

Very pleased with Holly she has done a wonderful job on my Highlights, looks great. Already booked with Holly in 4 months time. Well done Holly 👏

Its always a pleasant experience but I was very cold, as was having highlights done it was a long appointment........couldnt wait to get home and warm up. !!!

I’ve spent a lovely afternoon at the salon. All of the staff were friendly and kept me well stocked up with coffee and biscuits :) Louise really excelled herself, she was so polite and gave me exactly what I asked for, with a beautiful cut and highlights. She was so patient with quite challenging hair, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. A lovely salon :)
