second time getting my hair done by karine and i am absolutely obsessed. karine always gets it right and does it with such finesse. She is extremely educated and educated me throughout the entire process and gave me really useful pointers along the way with how to style my hair using as little time as possible. she was helpful, understanding and supportive. she always listens to what i ask for and never pressures me into something different, her suggestions and advice is always helpful and informative. thank you for being so great!

Client of Nadia for over a decade. I will never leave my hair in the hands of another. She is absolutely the best.

Nadia is being very careful to follow the COVID-19 guidelines, wearing masks (Nadia and client), sanitizing everything, etc. All this on top of superior hairdressing skills...:-)

Nadia is a top notch profesh! Salon is immaculately clean, safe and warm. She is always on time and makes my hair appointments feel like a day at the spa. Prices are super reasonable. Can’t recommend enough.

My experience at Suite Thirteen Hair Design continues to be positive. The salon is clean and well organized, the location is central and there is good parking. My daughter and I are clients of Ying Tan. Ying is an expert in colouring and cutting. My daughter lives in Rome, Italy. Before coming to Ottawa she makes an appointment with Ying for a colour and cut. I live in Ottawa and see Ying every six weeks. Ying is a careful listener to our needs and my daughter and I have always been really happy with the results. We both highly recommend her.

Ying gave me a haircut that my husband called "great". She was patient, charming and did give me a great haircut.

Maha and her team can always be counted on to provide a first class haircut and friendly service. Very dependable and knowledgeable about hair and hair products.

I had a great experience today. Ying was very patient as I tried to explain (badly) what I wanted. Sometimes stylists give up on me. Ying figured things out and gave me a great cut. Even my husband, who normally doesn’t comment, said my hair looked great. 😁

This was my first time at Suite Thirteen with Maha and I am super happy with my haircut! I came in with long straight grey hair with no style and left with really nice easy to manage layers. I can still put my hair up in ponytail or leave it down which is so convenient. She took the time to give me nice beach waves as I was going to a party that night, and it looked amazing. Big Recommend.

There is a positive atmosphere in the salon. The work areas are clean, so is the bathroom. I was greeted immediately as I came through the door. I am Ying's client. Enjoy my time with her and my hair cut is always perfect.

Karine was excellent, made me feel welcomed. Make sure we were on the same page for my haircut and kept checking in to make sure it’s what I want. Very positive and great at holding a conversation. Educated me on products without hassling me over buying them. She was lovely!

I think this may be the best hair cut I've ever gotten? Definitely making this my go to salon now.
