Have been visiting Sophie for my balayage touch ups for a few years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job. Talks through the process with me each time and always keeps it real with what’s achievable and works for my colouring. My hair always grows out beautifully and still looks great right up to when I return for a touch up. The new salon is really beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits!x

I booked online for the first time and it all worked out great!! My haircut is just what I wanted, so I'm really pleased. And Kelly is lovely!

Very friendly and lots of advice given on how to look after my hair better at home to try and maintain the colour.

Lovely experience as usual at Cocoa Hair Design with Laisea. Laisea is very professional and kind and the salon is lovely. 🥰

I had a really good time. I started seeing soil about a year ago. I was very anxious about getting my hair done but Sophie has put me completely at ease and this time I felt so confident to just let her do something cool. She listens and comes up with fabulous suggestions!
