I chose this spa based on the many stellar customer reviews and I was not disappointed! This was only my second time getting lash extensions and I had an awful experience the first time (UVB lash glue cured to my lash line...NOT FUN!) so I was nervous about having them done again. I decided to request the owner, Bianca. After assuring me that my experience was not common and that it's important to have an experienced lash tech, I trusted her enough to try them again and honestly had such a relaxing experience that I almost fell asleep twice! This is now my go-to spa, thank you Bianca!

The best facials in Mount Hope, Hamilton and Stoney Creek area. I have been getting the Hydrabrasion facial for about a year and a half now and it has transformed my skin. Claudia is the best of the best!

Had a mermaid microneedling facial with Claudia! I’ve had microneedling other places, but this was very comfortable and very effective! Loving the results and will definitely be back!

I saw Claudia for a IPL treatment. She was so easy to speak with. Always willing to find an answer to all my many questions. Likewise the staff, is very informative, patient and friendly. Love the service, and highly recommend!
