Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. Cara is amazing she gets to know you and your skin and what it needs and doesn’t need - the facials are some of the most relaxing ones I have had it’s like she floats around the room. Her knowledge gives you reassurance and every visit is perfect - thank you

As always Charlene was friendly and professional in the relaxing surroundings of Charisma Salon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my treatments. Charisma has now been open for 17 years with a loyal customer base, so Charlene must be doing something right!
