Although I had milia extraction which is a bit painful, Preet was very good and explained that. And then I had a relaxing facial so that made up for the uncomfortable start of the treatment. The girls are always lovely and very professional and I would definitely recommend to any of my friends 🥰

The appointment was for my mum and it was a surprise, she didn’t know she was going to have a facial until we were at your door. She is having a stressful time at the moment and she loved her facial and said it was a lovely revitalising treat. She enjoyed the treatment and said the therapist was lovely

I booked my mum a treatment following the recently passing of my dad, and thought it would be a lovely treat for her and she absolutely LOVED it. Isha was AMAZING! I have had hundreds of spa treatments and this one was so lovely. Just the right amount of chat and I felt very comfortable. Only feedback would be how much noise travels through from the plaza!

Always happy with the standard of work. Noticed last appointment and this one that their are a lot of interruptions from other beauty therapists during the appointment. Not too bad as I know I’m just getting eyebrows done, but would be worse if I was having a body treatment. And it still is a bit of a time out for me as a mum. Thanks Ali. Love your team.
