Just had my first elim pedicure and I don't think my feet have felt like this since I was a baby. I enjoy self care but I not one of those people who finds that it fills my cup- this pedicure however definitely did. I feel so at peace and relaxed now (is that supposed to happen? Haha). Can't wait for my next one!

I had my first ever skin needling session at The Skin and Soul Spa. Jenny was very gentle and skillful. I was worried about the pain however it wasn't too bad. The forhead I found painful however the rest of my face was tolerable. I really enjoyed the sheet mask and cool globes Jenny applied after the treatment. I will come back in 8 weeks to continue treatment. Looking forward to the results!

I went for my signature soul cleanse facial, and I have to say that Skin and Soul Spa really lives up to its name! As soon as I walked in, I felt so calm and relaxed, and the atmosphere was just incredible. Jenny greeted me with a lovely cup of tea and some really meaningful cards (they were so spot on, by the way), and then she explained everything about the treatment and got started. It was so peaceful and she was so gentle. I definitely saw a huge improvement in my skin, it was softer and more glowing. I had the most amazing experience!

Wow! Jenny has set up an amazing experience. You feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you step into her studio! She welcomes you with a cup of warm tea that has skin benefits as well as a tarot reading which mine really resonated with me. I came in for some much needed self care after a very stressful week health wise and Jenny made me feel so much more calm. This was my first facial ever and I had the signature soul cleanse facial and it was the best 2 hours of my life! Didn’t want it to end! I could not recommend enough and I can’t wait to come back! 🌞

Wow, what an incredible experience. Jenny made me feel so relaxed during the entire facial. I don't think I can recommend this enough! I had a bit of a slow and sad day and it was the perfect ending to a stressful work week. I had the Signature Soul Cleanse Facial, I was greeted with a delicious and warm cup of tea and a tarot card reading. The massage, the company and the treatment WAS AMAZING! I can't wait to come and fall asleep all over again! 5 stars!! :) x

After some really hectic days, coming in for the Signature Soul Cleanse Facial by Jenny is exactly what my skin (and soul) needed! Just entering the space that Jenny has created at the spa is an invitation for total rest and relaxation! There were special welcome surprise treats along with a very warm consultation chat with Jenny who also did an incredible job at explaining all the products and process during the treatment as well. The care and attention to detail that was present was incredible and it really felt like each second of the 90mins were so well utilized. My skin looks soo amazing!

Honestly the most gorgeous facial I've ever had! Lauren was so full of knowledge and answered all my questions, I came out the end of the facial with much better understanding of my skin. As for the facial it was so relaxing and my skin was glowing after. Can't wait for the next one
