During my consultation, she clearly explained everything, ensuring I was at ease throughout the process. She answered all my questions and provided a detailed, step-by-step explanation during the peel. Her friendly and approachable nature made the experience enjoyable, and it was clear she is knowledgeable and experienced. Always a special treat to have a Hydrafacial by Beatrice. I’ve made a good self-caring habit this year of having them regularly, and I intend to continue into 2025. My skin looks younger, feels smoother, and I don’t get breakouts of spot or whiteheads like I did. Beatrice delivers a high quality service every time I come in and uses new products she thinks I’ll benefit from whilst making recommendations regarding my general skincare queries.

I ONLY come here for my treatments, today I had a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with wood therapy as an extra and it is honestly the best most invigorating massage, I love a little bit of pressure to get things moving and I feel amazing afterwards and the days after too, my bloating reduces and I feel brand new, thank you so much Ana Marie, you're amazing x x x x

Yazmin was really helpful in explaining the glow peel treatment in detail and providing me the after care information. Her service was really great, she was interactive throughout and I felt welcomed by her. The treatment left my skin glowing! I am already booking my next treatment!

I had a biorepeel today and yaz was amazing, before the treatment she explained everything to me and made sure i understood everything, during the process she told me the steps and whats shes putting on while doing the treatments, cleansing etc. throught out the treatment she was really caring i honestly felt so comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her and will go there again.

I was quite nervous as it was my first facial but Katie was amazing. She was very comprehensive, recommended different SPFs to me and also very calming and relaxing. Will definitely book in again.
