Absolutely brilliant, been with Michael for probably 4 years now? I always went for the crazy vibrant colours and Michael always manages to do it. I like letting him freestyle with my hair after I give him a rough idea of colour and style, always a fun experience to see how it actually turns out, as I have Asian hair, so nothing really guarantees almost ever, but always comes out awesome. If you're brave enough to mess with non-natural hair colours, and u didn't know that Michael does it, well now u do, go for it, see what surprises come

Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair, no more frizz and so much easier to manage. It is worth every penny!! Once again Michael has worked his magic. The best in the business!!! My second visit after receiving an amazing treatment the first time and they’ve blown me away yet again! Michaela was amazing, talking me through each process. Gave Michaela a difficult task as the ends of my hair are quite dry as well as damaged and she pulled it out the bag yet again. I have the results I was looking for. Micheal is probably the only person that actually really listened,, His knowledge of hair colour is mind blowing his whole personality is just so good!! He really has shown me what colour works for my skin,, Honestly just highly recommended to anyone i know he truly is a great hairdresser and he makes you feel so confident walking out the door!! I decided to use Gloss Hair Lounge after seeing all the positive comments about this Salon, Michaela listened to what I wanted and she certainly delivered. My hair looks and feels amazing, she even talked me through every step of the process and took her time, I didn’t feel that my treatment was rushed and could see that Michaela was very passionate on what she does. I was also told what products and how to maintain and look after my hair when for when I was home. I have fell back in love with my hair, thank you Michaela!

I had the pleasure of meeting Michael yesterday. I was quite nervous. Not had a hair cut in a good while. He listened to what I would like. I said to him . I best go shorter at my age. He said absolute rubbish. I actually felt like I've known him for years. He was very professional. But also absolutely hilarious.. was the best feeling I've ever had at a hair stylist. And in he's words . You feel so clean once you had a hair wash and a nice cut. ( I'm not sure if he thought I was dirky on my way in. But I was definitely clean on my way out )🤣 He's a really lovely guy. Very professional
