I had been suffering from a terrible migraine for days, Helen was brutal but seemed to know exactly what areas were in need of attention. My headache did not disappear but I have woken up the next day feeling a little better but also quite bruised. There was no consult before hand but they asked me to fill in a document with my allergies and areas that need attention after the massage, I’m assuming that was an oversight and maybe a one off. It won’t stop me going back.

Had such a fantastic experience at the Mountain High Tao (and always do). Came in this morning with the world’s stiffest neck and the ladies there treated me so kindly and the massage helped immensely. 10/10 would recommend. I honestly don’t go anywhere else anymore.

Great experience like always at Tao in Bayswater. 1hr deep tissue with cupping has left me feeling able to move better and breathe better. The best massage I’ve had. I had Ivy today but all of the massages I e had there have been the best!

Long term lower back and hips tension is causing chronic referred pain to other areas of my body. In a 30 min massage, Tina was able to target and loosen up related muscles to bring some relief and better mobility - it's a work in progress. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit and 100% will not be my last. Ivy was fantastic. I booked the remedial massage and half way through, Ivy began cupping my back. I’ve never had this level of focus and service for a remedial massage before. Next time I’ll book 2 hours because it was so good. I’m so glad I gave Tao Massage a go, just based off a quick Google search in my area. Thank you, Ivy. 😊
