So glad I found Hair Retreat after years of being unhappy with my hair. Ellie is an absolute perfectionist and won’t finish until she’s happy with your haircut & colour. I had my consultation today and Shannon was so welcoming and friendly she talked me through every step and how she was going to achieve the look I wanted. I felt relaxed and definitely in good hands! I’m exited to have my hair done soon!

Love my new cut! Had a consultation with Tash, she looked at pictures and discussed exactly what I wanted done., coloured and cut. Lovely experience as always, with Poppy colouring my hair and Tash cutting. Felt at ease, lovely friendly atmosphere too.

Chan always listens to what you want and will do her best to make sure your happy before leaving the salon, she’s been my hairdresser for years and I have followed her around Portsmouth from salon to salon so now that she has her own is amazing. I recommend Chaniece to everyone!!

From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Millie was so attentive from the consultation and explained more than any hairdresser ever has about all things hair. She is professional, passionate and has pays so much attention to detail. She has done an amazing job of colouring, cutting and styling my hair. The owner is also very friendly and has created a beautiful salon. In fact everyone was lovely, even the other client I encountered. The only hesitation I have in recommending the hair retreat is that I don’t want to struggle to get appointments 😜 Simply amazing 10/10. Thank u. M x
