I love love love these ladies and this salon. I’ve box dyed my hair for roughly 7 years and was worried about getting it out. Gem has been so incredible from consulting to actually colouring my hair. It has never looked better and we’re only three sessions down! I would highly recommend Salon Loti, especially if you’re nervous about getting your hair done (just like I was).

Best haircut I’ve had in years! I have a lot of anxiety around hair cuts in general and Han worked with me to figure out what would work best with my hair, and took the time to check in with me during the process. Really good experience, Dinesh was always making sure I was happy with the length of my hair, checking a few times and giving me his own thoughts when I asked. The ambiance is also very nice, though I almost wanted to bop my head because of the songs which wouldn't have been too good for my hairstyle. :)

Komal is a really good hair stylist , who provides better results than a clients expectation by understanding needs and giving honest opinions. Her customer service skills are excellent , where she remember your name and also previous conversations.
