My 12 year old had an appointment with Raj to learn more about nutrition and how food affects the way we feel. (All the things we are never taught from an early age!) She absolutely loved the session and has already been communicating lots of new and interesting facts to me! Highly recommend Raj to anyone. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a beautiful calm manner.

I highly recommend anyone to see the girls at Freshwater Nutrition. I have been to many specialists with no clarity or solutions and had lost complete confidence. The premises is nice and clean and had that ‘Spa’ scent which is instantly relaxing. I brought my almost 3 year old with me and Shirley was fab at occupying him while also doing my treatment. A hidden gem in North Sydney! My only advice is to download the Council PayStay parking app beforehand and put all your details in there, as this took ages to do.

Bespoke Beauty is a lovely boutique salon located in a quiet street of North Sydney and offers a pleasant friendly atmosphere. Shirley is a very dedicated specialist and goes above and beyond to find answers to my skin issues. I know my skin care is in the hands of a professional and each visit always lifts my spirits Totally recommend.

I have been with Char for over 2 years. Within this time, I have learnt so many new things food wise and personally. I started with Char when I felt I wasn't ready, but knew I most probably would never be 'ready'. I am so grateful I made the step to start my journey as I am a different person to whom I was 2 years ago. Char has helped me with so much more than just nutrition. I now have some stable routines within my daily life and have learnt new techniques of dealing with things, which have come from my coaching with Char.
