I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

Charlotte was amazing throughout the entire process! Booked an appointment to browse jewelry and she was so informative about choosing jewelry for my specific anatomy and really gave me insight for different options on what piercing I could get. I booked an appointment with her in the same week and she was super humorous, encouraging, awesome at making the client feel at ease. Overall amazing experience!

I highly recommend this piercing shop. Personnel is amazing and super knowledgeable. They provide a free follow up service to ensure that your piercing is healing well. My piercer Tine is wonderful and genuinely cares about her clients…not just “a number”. Great place!

Charlotte is always amazing! It's my go-to piercing spot. The jewelry is a bit more on the expensive side but it's worth the investment if you find aesthetic important. They have many beautiful options.

Back for my second trip to Vanity Inc to replace the jewelry in both my piercings. What a professional!! Friendly, knowledgeable and they provide great customer service. Big shout out to Tine, my piercer, who took the time to go through all my questions and, explain all my options guided me to make the right choices. I even got an appointment the same day I called!! This was our first visit. We had Helix piercing done for minor, staff were welcoming and accommodating. Alex took the time to explain and answer questions. We were able to talk french with Alex, documentation were offered in French as well. Definitely recommend and will visit again when the opportunity presents itself again.

Very professional and friendly staff with lots of great options for jewelry. I went in for my first piercings (lobes) and my piercer Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. Clean, professional, fresh environment. The atmosphere of the space and employees relaxed me. High quality products. My twelve-year-old daughter and I had such a positive experience getting pierced by Charlotte! She was so warm and welcoming, and put both of us at ease right away. My experience at Vanity was a 10 out of 10. I am so glad that I chose to have my piecing done at this location. Tine was very knowledgeable, she was able to answer all my questions and provided at ton of information. I was extremely nervous about getting my piercing done, as I am terrified of needles..
