I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

Charlotte was amazing throughout the entire process! Booked an appointment to browse jewelry and she was so informative about choosing jewelry for my specific anatomy and really gave me insight for different options on what piercing I could get. I highly recommend this piercing shop. Personnel is amazing and super knowledgeable. They provide a free follow up service to ensure that your piercing is healing well. My piercer Tine is wonderful and genuinely cares about her clients…not just “a number”. Great place!

Kyle really helped me through a tough situation with a foreign piercing I got done in India! It was a flat piercing and somehow the skin had grown overtop of the whole back of the earring. Kyle was very gentle and saved the whole earring and my piercing at the same time (we replaced it with one of the beautiful pieces he had!). This isn’t my first time with a piercing by Kyle so I knew I could trust him. I truly truly appreciate his work, dedication and professionalism and I will definitely recommend him to everyone :))))

Charlotte is always amazing! It's my go-to piercing spot. The jewelry is a bit more on the expensive side but it's worth the investment if you find aesthetic important. They have many beautiful options.

Back for my second trip to Vanity Inc to replace the jewelry in both my piercings. What a professional!! Friendly, knowledgeable and they provide great customer service. This was our first visit. We had Helix piercing done for minor, staff were welcoming and accommodating. Alex took the time to explain and answer questions. We were able to talk french with Alex, documentation were offered in French as well. Definitely recommend and will visit again when the opportunity presents itself again.

An excellent experience from start to finish!!! Our daughter (14) was getting her navel pierced and Kyle was an absolute gem!
