Initially I just wanted to try the infrared sauna as I heard it was really good for the body and skin. I've been battling with acne and eczema for a while now and I just noticed less inflammation in my skin and my eczema has been behaving since I have done the infrared sauna. I reckon it is indeed worth the try. I keep coming back for another session every 2 or 3 weeks and it feels good! Anna and the staffs havebeen really great and the facilities were nice and tidy.

I booked the new client package that included Cryotherapy, Lymphatic Compression, Colon Hydrotherapy and Infrared Sauna. The experience was amazing! Anna guided me kindly through all the treatments steep by step and made me feel calm and safe at every step. I would recommend Wellness @ Wilson to anyone who wants to look after their own body and be healthy.

Great experience using the normatec boots and Cryotherapy. Anna is amazing and very knowledgeable.

My friend and I did the Fire and Ice experience. Great experience, good explanation, well run, good communication with us. We were directed clearly and guided through the cryotherapy tank with confidence.

Fantastic experience. It was my first time having colon hydrotherapy. Anna is extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and very thorough in determining if suitable for you. She is also a comforting presence, checking in regularly to make sure you're in a secure and comfortable head space. The procedure itself is easy and well managed and I felt fabulous afterwards. I would very much recommend it to anyone feeling like they need help with 'resetting'
