Have had laser hair removal with most of the ladies and strongly recommend Rosella and Hayley. I changed my treatments to Rosella and she makes sure to talk you through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. They are both very attentive to any concerns and make sure to adapt your treatment to reflect this. ⭐️

Had my 2nd laser hair removal appointment recently with Hayley and I am so so pleased. I have dark, quite thick hair and I wasn’t sure if it would make much of a difference to start. But I could see a huge difference after just the first session! Absolutely amazing and life changing for me. Having to not shave daily/every other day is a relief! Not to mention how absolutely lovely Hayley is. Such a lovely lady and I feel so comfortable each time I go. Which certainly helps when having something like this on various areas! So pleased I chose to come here! Thank you Hayley ☺️

I love coming to see Rosella and request her for all my treatments. I won’t go anywhere else. The team are super friendly and professional and the new clinic is gorgeous. Came for 1st appt for Genesis facial. Sophia was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained fully the process & checked throughout the appointment that the laser wasn’t too hot. She also advised me on suggested facial regime and a Facebook page to follow for advice

My 1st laser hair removal session today did not disappoint. Hayley is lovely and welcoming, very informative and didn’t make me feel like I was asking silly questions. I had my first appointment yesterday, never having laser hair removal before I felt a little apprehensive but was instantly made comfortable when I shared this. The communication of what’s happening and when was fantastic and felt at ease knowing what was coming next. Some parts were painful/uncomfortable but doesn’t last for long so it’s completely bearable. Overall my experience couldn’t have been made any better in my opinion would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about it!
