I felt comfortable and in control of my hair. Listened to. Safe. That is what I want when I have to sit down and trust a stranger to envision what I see for myself. Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Hannah’s laser clinic has truly changed my life. I suffer with PCOS which means I struggle with hormone imbalance which causes excessive hair growth absolutely everywhere! This has become something I have always been self conscious of and thought I had to battle it alone. The treatment won’t fully stop the hair from growing because of the condition. However, it slows it down and makes it less thick and more manageable. I was so nervous for my first session last year, feeling embarrassed and vulnerable. Hannah makes you feel genuinely comfortable and I am so grateful I found her 🫶🏻

Karen was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I'm so glad I chose her for laser treatment on the red veins on my face. I felt I was in very safe hands and I would happily recommend her to my friends and family.

I’m a 66 year old male who’s become very self conscious of a small dark scaring on my face. I had been hesitant seeking advice because it’s women oriented business. However ! From my first conversation to appointment Karen made me feel uncomfortable and so we went onto laser treatment immediately. The cost per visit is extremely reasonable. 10/10

Sarah always knows how to put me at ease, takes the hair cut slowly and then will happily adjust anything after. Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Sarah is a hairdresser that knows the meaning of “just a trim please” Second visit to Sarah and again my hair is exactly what I asked for. Now adding my favourite hair conditioner Olaplex with my favourite hair colour I am extremely happy

Had a cut, colour and Opalex treatment today and feel great. I did the dreaded photo show but Sarah took the elements I liked and made sure it suited my hair and head shape. The Opalex treatment has left my hair oh so soft! Definitely will be treating myself to this with every hair cut. Lovely salon, great staff
