I was looking for a new clinic and had heard lots of brilliant reviews about Dr Eldimarys in the local Crystal Palace beauty moms group, so booked in for a Botox consultation. Dr Eldimarys was brilliant. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, as she takes her time to analyse your face and is extremely patient and friendly. She also gave me great advice about what treatments I could look to do before my wedding which is this year. Will 100% be returning from now on, and would 100% recommended. Many thanks

Roxane is extremely knowledgeable and the right person to go to if you’ve had a bad experience in the past (I got badly burnt and scarred from another laser hair place (Chislehurst)) and was so glad I could continue the treatment with no issues at all with roxane. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Eldimarys Curry-Machado has a wonderful new little facility in Crystal Palace. I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. I really recommend booking in a consultation.

I arrived for my appointment and was attended to immediately. This was my third visit to have laser treatment to remove brown spots from my face. Emily took time to ask how I've found the treatment to date while explaining the plan for that day's session. Staff are always helpful and welcoming during my visits.

My first visit with Dr Eldimarys was excellent. She is very warm and welcoming and takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. Using her wealth of knowledge and experience she then suggests the appropriate treatments required to provide the desired results. Her newly renovated clinic is perfectly located within the Crystal Palace triangle. Personally, I am thrilled with her work and have already booked my next treatment. I cannot speak of her highly enough.

Top-notch as always! Roxane has such a calming presence, as well as being the best eyebrow threader I’ve ever had in 30 years. She’s impressively knowledgeable about skin, the laser treatments, and her facials leave my skin feeling better than I thought it could at my age, to be honest! Yesterday I had my first laser rejuvenating facial (first of 4) and it was absolutely amazing! My skin look instantly plumped up and glowing as soon as the treatment finished and I have woken this morning to see a very noticible difference! This treatment has totally exceeded my expectations! I have three sessions left and can't begin to imagine the end result if I am already so impressed after the first one!
