The staff at Westbourne The Venue are really lovely and make you feel welcome on arrival and throughout your visit. The environment of the rooms is very calming and provides a lovely atmosphere to have your treatments. The Venue is very clean and the beauticians are outstanding. I have had classic eyelash extensions and eyebrows waxed a couple of times and have been very happy with my treatments and my eyelashes last a really long time so absolutely worth the money.

It was an absolute pleasure to have my eyelashes done with kristine, it was my first time having them done but she reassured me from any nerves, allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the amount of detail Martyna puts in extensions. The best ever !!!

As always my experience with Jade was 10/10. My nails have never lasted as long as they do when I have them done with Jade around 4 weeks! I have been having my lashes done by Sadie since May. Sadie is the most genuine, loveliest girl ever! It’s always nerve racking going to a new beautician but she immediately makes you feel so comfortable. I’ve never had lash extensions last so long and they turn out perfect every time. It’s obvious that Sadie is a perfectionist and cares so much about her work and her clients. I can’t recommend her enough and I couldn’t go anywhere else again🤍

Justyna was so careful and did it so precisely. I’m happy about what she did as I don’t need to worry about make up while it still looks natural enough. Highly recommend.
