5* in every aspect! Charlotte made me feel so welcome, to the extent she has the most incredible complimentary snack and drink bar!! I had Russian lash extensions and I feel like a new woman, they are by far the best lashes I have ever had or even seen! I’m so in love with them. I can’t not mention the bed! It was one of the most comfortable lash beds I have ever been on to the point I fell asleep for half of my appointment!! I couldn’t recommend lash hut enough!
