Chloe was fantastic! She was gentle and gave my lashes a thorough clean. She really listened to what I wanted and offered helpful advice on what would work best for my lashes given their current condition. Very professional and such a lovely person! I had Dermaplaning and a lash lift today, stacey is lovely and friendly and excellent at her job. Always feel so relaxed afterwards.

Had appt for facial and eyelash tint. First time in years. Forgot how nice it was to have a treatment. Will definitely be back. Liked it because dont need to be a size 12 perfect woman to go here as both keeley and stacey make you feel all relaxed. I had hurt my back day before and as I was leaving someone cancelled an appt so I was able to jump in for a half hour back massage. Was exactly what I needed. Stacey very attentive and aware of my requirements as have permanent injuries she needed to be careful of. So pleased I went Premises fresh, clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Consistent high quality service. I have my nails, brows and lashes done every three weeks and am always very happy with the results!

Catling regularly does my BIAB Nails and as always done a 10/10 job. This time I had a lash lift and tint too, and was wowed with the results! She did such a great job, talked me through every step so I felt at ease, made sure I was 100% happy with them and they look amazing!
