My journey with Jen at embellish has been a game changer, when I started seeing Jen 3 months ago, I had been diagnosed with chronic uticaria 2 years earlier. I was on 3 different medicines to help the symptoms, which ranged from inflammation of my skin, red swollen face and itchy peeling skin. I have recently finished my course of PEMF and Hocatt 10 sessions and 2 oxygen therapy facials. I am now off all my medication and my skin has been clear and inflammation has gone. Inguinal Hernia Surgery continued week 5 Treatment : 6 Pain : 0 out of 10 Healing : Surgeon said I'm free to do light exercises and bike ride. What a relief more freedom to do things that I need to do

Inguinal Hernia Surgery Week 3 of 6 for recovery Treatment : 5 Pain : 0 out of 10 Healing : I have healed so well, the surgeon suggested I can do light exercises and bike ride next week, which is 4th of 6th week of usual recovery.

Iinguinal Hernia SURGERY Cont... Treatment : 3 Pain : o out of 10 Healing : spoke to surgeon early in the week. Usual healing period 6 weeks but healed so well, I will be able to bike ride and do light exercises next week. Week 4

I have just had an Inguinal Hernia Repair and just by chance I received an article from Dr Joseph Mercola on Inguinal Hernias, Incidence, Causes and treatments before my initial Red Light (Photobiomodulation) with near Infra-red light treatment. I had decided to incorporate The Red Light therapy for supporting healing and improving overall outcomes before I read Dr Mercola's article. I would like to think the Red Light (PHOTOBIOMODULATION) Therapy could be used for other surgical procedures such as hip replacements (I have had both replaced), knee, ankle, wrist and shoulder surgery etc.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ochre Natural Skin & Beauty in Manly for a lash lift and tint with Danella, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked into the salon, I was impressed by the serene atmosphere and Danella's warm professionalism. Danella's expertise truly shines through in her work.
