Aeiofe is an exceptional therapist. Confident and knowledgeable 😀 The treatment she gave me with her face lifting Hifu machine was amazing. My skin looks much firmer and more toned, lifted and youthful.. Look forward to seeing the maximum treatment results over the coming months.. I had a number of sessions of red light therapy. The experience itself is easy and well managed by Aoife. The results of my sessions were good. I have recently had knee surgery and I could see a noticeable lightening of the scar tissue. The treatment also appeared to reduce stiffness in my knee allowing me to feel like doing more exercise which then results in me feeling a lot better about my recovery, which has been slow. I would definitely recommend trying this treatment to anyone with pain or stiffness. Thanks Aoife.

Beautifully relaxing treatment!! Was given a voucher for my birthday and booked the mindfulness facial with LED online through website, with no issues…easy! Turned up on the day and felt like I went off world for 80 minutes and came back. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and the facial with LED calmed and soothed it without any irritation. Highly recommend treatment and loved the sound healing at the end too. Left feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the world. The face looked awesome too 🤣🤣🤣. Just do it!!! 😍🥰💕
