I had a colonic Hydrotherapy today for the 1st time. The lady was really lovely and make me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using their salon again.

I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. She worked out all the tension exactly where I needed it, and I left feeling completely refreshed and lighter. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a personalized, amazing massage!

I loved my highlights and haircut as usual. The colour perfectly suits my face. I have been going to New Cross Beauty salon past 6-7 years, service very friendly and professional. Accommodating especially when working full time folks. I always ask for Valda or Galina when booking my visit. Staff always up to date with current trends, haircuts, colours and new techniques. I would recommend this salon to everyone who is looking for stylish haircut and colour.

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

Every time at Rose and River is a great time! I had a peeling with Sissy and she is super professional and makes you always at ease! She knows a lot and also knows how to deal with different situations that might arise. Generally, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, always great service. Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.
