I loved loved loved the result!! 😍 It was my first time at a salon and they did not disappoint! The staff are lovely and knowledgeable, and the experience was very nice and relaxing. My appointment took a while because I asked for a coloured balayage and my hair was dark brown, but the staff were very patient and took their time, and I love my new hair colour! I would really recommend this place ❤️

Absolutely fantastic experience. As a male I am not usually using any kinds of treatments, hovewer is really worth it somethimes do something for yourself. Very professional service with huge knowledge, Karolina took me step by step with whole treatment, and choose the best option for me which I really agree with ans enjoeyd the whole proces. Amazing atmospher and relax. Recommending to anyone.

Booked as a treat for my husband's birthday. We had to be rescheduled but it was done smoothly and so professionally. Gareth, Nathan and Jack were all amazing, I waited while my husband got his hair, shave and facial done and everyone was super friendly. We're both definitely coming back 100% recommended. Best place.

Absolutely obsessed with my brows & lash lift! It was my first time going to Nadette & I’m now gonna be a fully fledged regular! The place is gorgeous, so cute & cosy, plus the location is spot on. Innas, Tahoney & Greta were fabulous. I Had a great experience with Led facial and I had hair treatment with kerastase ,I would highly recommend & I shall be going back. The staff were not just hospitable but the place was very clean and glamorous.

I went for a facial with mask and LED and Habiba was absolutely amazing at her job she welcomed me with a smile asked if I wanted a drink talked through the treatment she was so polite I was so relaxed and loved my treatment, I would highly recommend this salon it was my first time but I would definitely return again! Good experience from booking in to having my treatment keep up the good work atmosphere was amazing thank you Habiba

Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! Charlotte is absolutely amazing, she is so knowledgeable and attentive to everything she does during the appointment. Charlotte knows exactly what my skin needs and talks me through every step of the facial, which is always so reassuring and means I can also understand what my skin needs. Grace is absolutely amazing! The facials are led by what your skin needs at that particular time - no one size fits all! They are always super relaxing and grace makes you feel at ease as soon as you see her. Grace not only provides the best service in the facials but offers coaching which helped me finally find a routine that works for my skin. I have been following my routine with regular facials for around 6-7 months now and my skin is the best it has ever been (and I’ve always had sensitive problematic skin!).
