I had my first facial with Charlotte last week, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to listen to my skin concerns, and thoroughly explained each step of the process and how it works. Charlotte also recommended the best products for my skincare routine, advising me on what to use and what to avoid for acne.
