Best sports massage i have experienced. Farah listened, assessed my posture and gave really good advice. The massage was spot on and the post massage advice and exercises i am now able to incorporate into my daily/weekly routines.

Caelie came to my home for a mobile (pregnancy) manual lymphatic drainage massage. Caelie was so lovely, immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about the treatment. She left me half asleep to be honest... I felt so relaxed and genuinely lighter afterwards even though I didn't have much swelling. It was such a gorgoeus treatment. I'd definitely recommend Caelie and MLD even if it's just for general wellness.

Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

Bal was excellent. He assessed my posture and found the areas of concern with little prompting. I would definitely recommend Bal and will be returning for more treatments. It sounds rather dramatic, but it was probably the most effective massage and consultation I have received in many years. 5 stars.

I had my appointment with Farah and she did everything to massage out chronic pain that I've had in different areas. I had cupping as well and she discussed different treatment options for my next visit. Honestly she's the best and I feel great.

I had my treatment with Farah today and I left feeling so refreshed. I had the massage and cupping on the painful areas. The pain has reduced and is next to nothing now. I'm so grateful and it's also helped with stubborn cellulite. Best thing I ever did was get referred here. Thank you so much

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Hi , just like to say thank you both myself and my husband had lymphatic drainage treatment, it was very relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards.

Really great massage. Lidia manages to get into those tight knots perfectly. I always leave feeling totally relaxed.

Had my First Lymphatic drainage massage today 7 days to the day (Mon) I had surgery (MMO) and I was feeling very swollen and my tummy in particular was hard and making me a bit miserable, after an hour with Jades amazing hands I felt so much better, lighter and less restricted I absolutely cannot wait for Wednesday for my next one, I would highly recommend her and so much more convenient at home - just amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Farah was very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything clearly before and during the massage ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Additionally providing guidance on how to perform the massage myself and aftercare requirements with a supporting email. Farah also highlighted another problem area which I was aware of but never mentioned which I was impressed with. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend TherapyFit for all sports therapy and treatments required.
