Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Had an Indian head massage and a hot stone massage with Nicola and it was possibly the most relaxing hour of my entire life!!

First timer and had the best massage with Rachael was made to feel so comfortable and welcome have already booked my nxt massage

Leroy asked all the White questions. Let me speak as well and then gave me a very good sport massage where I needed it. I would recommend this guy.

I’ve never had a sports massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Although it was a bit painful it has worked amazingly. I arrived with pain in my right hip and was advised it was due to my left quad muscle! I can’t believe the difference. I’m very impressed.
